Return Items / Refund

We will exchange items purchased/refund based on the following:
a)   When wrong item, size or colour has been delivered
b)   Claims for exchange/refund must be made within one week of delivery
c)   Returned goods must be in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags

You must call to inform us before returning the items to us. We will not entertain returns without notification. Please note that we will not accept any return and exchange once the packing is open.

 

Non-refundable Items

We are sorry, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
  • Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic packing).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any free gift product and samples.
  • There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services; this would include, for example, a mobile phone reload coupon.
  • The goods were a special order to your specification.
  • In the event of dispute, WORLDWISE CONSULTANCY decision shall be final and conclusive.

 

Refund Policy

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We will refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to enjoy the refund. Otherwise, the original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

 

Exchange Policy

Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply following our Return Procedures. We do offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form with the shipping method originally used for the purchase without extra delivery charge. The return delivery fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only when the product is sold out, will we refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

 

Refund Timeline Policy

You must return the damaged or wrong products with original packing within one week. Please note that we will  not process your refund until we receive the return or wrong item. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. We will refund by issuing a cheque and bank in to your account within a week of receiving your return.

 

Return procedures

You can pack and send your returned product to us in just a few simple steps:

1. Send an email to worldwisemanagement@gmail.com, provide us with your Order Number.  Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the content box area.

2. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a package that will enable us to expedite your request.

3. Send the returned items to our address as stated in our acknowledgement email.

4. All return delivery fee must be prepaid. We will not accept COD returns.
