Shipping Policy


We offer shipping nationwide within West Malaysia using Poslaju within 3 business days and East Malaysia using Poslaju and reliable Courier Services Company within 5-7 business days upon finalizing the full payment.

To track your order, please use tracking ID that we sent to you in the confirmation email when you had purchased item online.

Free Delivery

We do offer FREE DELIVERY within West Malaysia.
Sorry, Currently we do not offer free delivery for East Malaysia.
Delivery rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. It’s also based on your selected shipping option.

Your parcels are delivered using the following courier services GDEX/Poslaju.
Currently we only available to ship to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case)


Delivery Time

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out by the next day but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that we does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can.
